In case you're not 100% happy with your new home espresso machine, you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund. While we aren't able to cover the return shipping if you have changed your mind (unless there was a problem and you have contacted us before shipping), we will certainly send you a shipping label and make the process as hassle-free as is possible, and we will deduct the appropriate shipping costs from your refund.
Please ensure all items are repackaged as they were received.
Loose components need to be secured and packaged to prevent any damage in transit. The unit will be inspected in our warehouse upon return. Please note that any damage to the machine or failure to return all components may result in additional fees.
Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
